Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by PartyPeople (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider", "we", or "us"), each referred to as an "Application". Our Applications are provided as Ad Supported services and are intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use
The Applications may collect the following information when you download and use them:

Some Applications process files or content entirely on your device and do not transmit that content to us. Where an Application sends content to an external service to perform a function you requested, such as translation or text recognition, this is described in that Application's Data Safety section.
The Service Provider may also use this data to contact you with important updates, notices, or promotional content, where you have opted in to receive them.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — personalized advertising, push notifications, and access to precise location. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5).
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — providing the features of the Application you requested.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, fraud prevention, and basic service improvement, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we are required by law to retain or disclose data.
4. Advertising
Our Applications display advertising through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use your Advertising ID (GAID) and device information to deliver and measure ads.
4-1. Ad Consent (Google UMP)
In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other applicable regions, we request your consent for advertising through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ads are served. If you decline personalized advertising, you may still see non-personalized advertising.
4-2. Changing or Withdrawing Your Ad Consent
You can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from within the Application. In Applications that include this feature, open the in-app settings and select "Ad Privacy Settings", which is shown only in regions where consent is required. Your new choice takes effect immediately.
4-3. Managing Your Advertising ID
You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID on your device: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > All services > Ads. Some Applications offer a paid subscription that removes advertising; where advertising is removed, ad-related data collection stops.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, and in particular under the GDPR if you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing, including profiling for advertising purposes
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, use the same contact address.
6. Third Party Access
Only aggregated or pseudonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Applications. The Service Provider may share information as described below:
- As required by law (e.g., subpoena or government request)
- When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
- With trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations
The Applications include third-party services that have their own privacy policies. You can review them here:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Firebase — analytics, push notifications, and crash reporting, depending on the Application
7. International Transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of the respective service providers. If you wish to delete your data, please contact: ktfreegs25@gmail.com.
9. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process. You can also withdraw advertising consent (Section 4-2), revoke individual permissions such as location or notifications in your device settings, or reset your Advertising ID (Section 4-3).
10. Children & Family
Our Applications are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16, or the lower age set by your member state, which may be as low as 13. Elsewhere, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years of age.

11. Security
The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated within the Application where required by law.
